Indianapolis Police Commemorative FCV

Here's the car that gives recognition to the years of service of the Indianapolis Police Department. 1854-2006 affixed to the hood along with the IPD badge. Decal of the shoulder patch from IPD on the trunk. Light bar has also been changed to the Code-3 as was used on the IPD cars. I'm only going to make a limited number of these.
